2007’s worst communications faux pas

Fast Company blogger Ruth Sherman celebrates a year of blogging for that mag with her 2007 Communications Faux Pas Hall of Fame.

Leading the way is Steve Jobs for his non-apology about lowering the cost of an iPhone after the die-hard early-adopter Apple fans shelled out big bucks for their latest iFetish. Politicians are heavily represented on the list, but toymakers, an ex-pro basketball star and even a university president are virtually enshrined.
